Excellent property!! Extreme attention to detail. Excellent responsiveness from Arturo/host. Very clean, private location, exceptional views, close to a lot of things to do around San Antonio. Easy check-in and check-out process. Highly recommend renting from and of Arturo’s properties and this one in particular. House had great amenities and fully stocked. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic spot for our large family gathering of 14! The guest house was a great addition that gave our group plenty of room to spread out comfortably. The real highlight was the welcoming backyard area — we spent most of our time out there congregating, sharing meals, and just enjoying each other's company. My grandmother, who uses a walker, was able to navigate the main property without much issue, which meant a lot to our family. Highly recommend for any large group looking for space, great outdoor areas, and an accessible layout!

We had a fantastic stay...the perfect family getaway. The home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the right amenities. The pool and hot tub were beautifully maintained and felt like a private oasis after long days at Six Flags, just a short drive away. Arturo was a warm, welcoming host responsive to every request and proactive with thoughtful recommendations. His hospitality made the stay seamless. We’d absolutely return and highly recommend it for families looking for both fun and relaxation.

My husband and I stayed here for a little Valentine's Day staycation and it was absolutely wonderful! Arturo was very kind and was able to accommodate an early check in and late check out which was a life saver. I really appreciated his hospitality and generosity. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size, so we felt right at home. The hot tub was amazing for soothing muscles after a long day at Six Flags. This property even had some luxury amenities like a reverse osmosis water filtration system and a bidet that has a seat warmer! The neighborhood was very quiet and safely tucked away, but still only a 5 minute drive to the highway- super convenient location! highly recommend!

Everything was so clean I had no issues sleeping whatsoever! Such a beautiful house and took some amazing pictures here, I highly recommend. The house is full of everything you need it’s way better than staying in a hotel. Can’t wait to come back!

I visited San Antonio for a work trip with a few colleagues, and Arturo’s place was perfect. It offered enough space for each of us to have privacy with our own bedrooms and bathrooms, yet it was spacious enough for regrouping and relaxing together. The property features a swimming pool, hot tub, and our favorite—a basketball court, where we spent hours blowing off steam. Arturo was very communicative, and the check-in process was easy. The space is cozy, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could want. It’s just a short drive to the city of San Antonio and even closer to a lovely golf course. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet retreat with activities to keep you engaged. Thanks for everything, Arturo!

The house was extremely comfortable and very well equipped , we like to cook and there were lots of pans and utensils here ! Big comfortable beds , nice hot shower ! The area was quiet and walkable with lots of deer around , I even saw an armadillo ! Lovely place !

Truly a good stay in San Antonio/Boerne/Leon Springs area, close to the La Cantera Mall (8min), next to bass pro shops, HEB, everything you need for your trip can be found around the house. Perfect stay for San Antonio. Peaceful and quiet at night.
