Truly a good stay in San Antonio/Boerne/Leon Springs area, close to the La Cantera Mall (8min), next to bass pro shops, HEB, everything you need for your trip can be found around the house. Perfect stay for San Antonio. Peaceful and quiet at night.

This is probably the most clean Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The pictures don’t do this property justice to how spacious and welcoming it is. We felt right at home from the second we walked in. Arturo was extremely helpful and communicative with all aspects of the stay. I highly recommend this property and looking forward to our next stay when we’re back in SA.

Pasamos unos días en familia espléndidos en esta casa. La casa está muy bien situada, cerca de avenidas grandes para movilidad rápida, pero en un barrio muy tranquilo. Tan es así, que todas las mañanas tuvimos visita de una familia de venados que mis nietos disfrutaron en grande. El mobiliario, equipamiento y electrodomésticos son de primera. Camas, equipo de cocina, purificadores de aire y agua, etc. en una calidad que no encuentras fácilmente en una casa de renta. Un detalle que nos encantó fue encontrar un pino de Navidad en la sala con esferas y foquitos que nos hizo sentir en casa, además de una chimenea que en conjunto nos permitió disfrutar la Nochebuena y la llegada de Santa para los niños. Arturo fue un magnífico anfitrión. Siempre atento a cualquier mensaje o necesidad, aunque debo decir que no tuvimos ningún problema ni situación a reportar. Procuramos ir cada año a San Antonio por Navidad o Fin de Año. Esta casa se volvió nuestra favorita de inmediato. Sin duda volveremos.

The house and facilities are amazing-and the whole family agreed we could move to Texas if we bought that house…too many wonderful things to list: large bedrooms, great layout, awesome kitchen…the pool, sport court and gym were a big hit. Wonderful views, walkable neighborhood. Easy day trips to San Antonio for the Alamo/river walk/el mercado, and banderas for horseback riding, and the quaint Helotes. And Arturo is an amazing host. We truly hated to leave, but are so grateful for the time we spent there.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Highly Recommend! We stayed here with a family of eight for my son’s BMT graduation, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The beds were great, and the entire place felt welcoming and well taken care of. The location was super convenient, making it easy for us to get everywhere we needed during such an important week. Our host was quick to respond and incredibly helpful, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area—truly a 10/10 stay.

This was a great rental for us. We travel often for soccer and this was by far one of the better places we’ve stayed. Very clean and beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!!

This guest house was the perfect place for the two of us. Arturo went above and beyond and was an amazing host. The study/desk allowed my to easily take care of business. Great stay!

I would give it 10 stars if i could! Arturo was very responsive with clear instructions & info as soon as we booked. The house was immaculate and we felt very at home. We had everything we needed to relax. The hot tub and outdoor area were so relaxing at the end of the day…..Just what we needed. The neighborhood was super quiet and private. Even though it’s a guest house you are very separated from the main house with plenty of space to make it feel private. It was close to Sea World and tons of shopping and dining. Arturo was a great host and we will definitely book again when returning to the area.

When I say, we had a great time, believe me. the fact that we didn't do anything but relax, whether it was in the house or in the Jacuzzi...a good time was had. The property is very nice, and any issues that I may have had Arturo answered them promptly. When in the area again, I will look for this spot before any other. Thanks for being a great host Arturo
